Everyone who wants to exchange a $20 bill for $5 bills….. at least at Casino Regina.
Normally the only machine that pays out at a Casino is the bank machine… but that has limits…… At Casino Regina a machine that exchanges at $20 for four $5 bills was mistakenly loaded with twenties instead of fives… so when you inserted your 20 you would get $80 (4 twenties) instead of four $5.
Apparently the casino was taken for about $27,000 before the problem was rectified. It is believed that one patron took the machine for $11,000, maybe he went to the well one time too many. Security footage was used to try to identify the big winners, some have refused to return the money.
