Recently I noticed that the spout on my kitchen sink was dripping, it’s the kind that you can pull out and has a hose type device attached to it. When I had a look a where the leak was coming from, I assumed the leak would be here the hose attached but it wasn’t. I was actually mostly surprised at the attempt my darling wife made to “fix” the leak. There was a precisely placed piece of duct tape covering that break in the seam of the spout. Needless to say the duct tape was not the type of solution I was looking for. Where did I find her?
This prompted a trip to the Home Depot to find a replacement. No dice at the depot but the guy there gave me the Price Pƒister customer service number and told me that their customer service is very good. Luckily for me their CS is open on Saturday so I gave them a call. The lady who answered the phone was amazing! It actually seemed like she cared and was concerned that every time I turned on the faucet there was a huge pool of water pooling on my counter top (I wish I remembered her name). So we get into the details of what is going on and I give her the model number she tells me that the stainless steel model is on back order but she will ship me a white spout right away and then the stainless spout would be shipped when the back order has been filled. Low and behold the spout showed up via UPS at no charge to me. Not for shipping and not for the spout!
Side note……the spout came from Brockville, ON (please rock it out BrockVegas style for Pƒister the next time you drink a Corona, I will dedicate my first 12 Corona of the summer to the Pƒabulous Pƒolks at Price Pƒister).
I expected the worst but received the best. Price Pƒister has a customer for life (unlike Pizzaville who have lost me for life).
