I’m sitting in a rink that was known as New Centre Ice waiting for my game to start. The rink is a decent rink except for the crappy ice, questionable showers, and the dressing rooms that a team of Umpa Lumpas would feel crowded in. Back to the point. I might be a bit of a junkie but the blackberry that I’m blogging from just does not cut it anymore. Its too old, too big, and is missing key features like a camera and a MP3 player, not to mention that it has totally lost its cool factor.
All of these reasons prompted me to check out some new hardware. The pearl is pretty cool but it might make sense to wait for the Curve. That thought changed when the guy from bell told me it would cost $400 to break my contract. Good grief Charlie Brown that is steep!
Truth be told, I thought Rogers would pay the fee but it appears that I was wrong. So that means that I’m stuck with the 7130e for at least 20 months. Unless I can strike a deal with Rogers to switch my high speed and home phone as well. I’m not going to hold my breath but I will give it a shot because I would sell my soul for new toys!
